I’m a clinical psychologist with over 18 years of experience working in the NHS, and I’ve been fully qualified for the past 10 years. My work has focused primarily on supporting neurodivergent individuals-both in diagnostic services for children and adults, and in therapeutic contexts.
Through ACG Psychology, I offer integrative, neuroaffirming therapeutic support for autistic individuals, those with ADHD, or both. I work with children, young people, and young adults, as well as their families, to provide tailored support that meets each person where they are.
My therapeutic approach draws on a range of evidence-based models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I support individuals with co-occurring mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, and generalised anxiety disorder. I also liaise with schools and other systems when needed, to ensure a joined-up approach to care.
I also offer coaching and therapeutic support for individuals and families adjusting to a new understanding of their neurodivergence, helping them navigate everyday challenges in a way that feels manageable and empowering. My work is person-centred and fully adapted to each individual’s sensory and cognitive needs.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that a trusting therapeutic relationship is key. My goal is to help every client understand themselves in a positive light and feel supported in living authentically.
